Public Storage

We rented a unit here for 6 months or so & had a wonderful experience! The facility is very secure, but easy to access as a renter. The staff is approachable, communicative, & helpful! This was a stark contrast from other storage companies we’ve rented units from. Patrick, in particular, was kind, knowledgeable, & made the process so simple. The staff helped us feel at ease & like we (& our things) were well taken care of. Will definitely rent again if we need storage space in the future!

First of all such a nice facility, easy access to gates and elevators one of the best in pdx but the best part was the customer service that Patrick provided was above and beyond. He knew that I was checking in later in the day with a full U-Haul and just myself . Maybe he saw it on my face or not but he made my situation so much better by making sure that my belongings would be safe at Public storage and I could return in the early morning to finish. A+ service. Thank you Patrick and the Public Storage team, I will recommend to many others

I never leave review, but I have to say.. I had rented a 10*10 unit 6 month’s ago and I have gotten rid out f a bunch of stuff. Patrick at the Albina front desk made it super simple to switch units. He took the time to find a smaller one on the same floor, cleaned t during his lunch break, and was so efficient with the paperwork it took all of 5 minutes. Things are rough these days, so anytime someone makes it a little easier, I’m really thankful.
