My girlfriend and I recently rented a storage unit here, and the experience was excellent thanks to Gavin. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and thorough, and he took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we understood our options and felt comfortable with the process. Customer service like this is rare, and it made a potentially stressful task very easy. Highly recommend.

I've had storage here in different units for the last 6 years and finally emptied the unit today. This place saw me through about five different Portland apartment moves and finally one international one to the point I almost consider it a second home. The facility is clean with good access and spacious enough for loading/unloading bigger trucks but the staff are a big part of what makes the place. From customer service basics to grinding a lock for free when I left my keys a few hundred miles away, they're polite, professional and always helpful.

I’ve been with Security Public Storage on Vaughn Street for 2 1/2 years and I feel secure storing my items there. The place is kept very clean and is easily assessable to get in and out. Gavin has been our go to man and a great help to us while we’ve been there. Highly recommend this facility.
