Public Storage

This is for Public Storage and not towards the lovely ladies I encountered at this location. Climate-controlled unit #K112 has a serious ant infestation and other bug issues..! This unit should not be leased out to customers! The ladies at the front sprayed it down but stated it's a continuous issue. I was short on moving time and I don't want my personal items to get infested with ants, spiders, or cockroaches. They would not give me a refund even though this unit was far from move-in ready! If I wanted to transfer to a different unit, I would have to pay their in-store price which was $30+ more than the online deal, and wouldn't be climate controlled. The employees at the store did their best, but management would not issue a refund. Again, this is for unit K112! Serious infestation! Any customer service chat or number are not helpful either. I liked the ladies and the location, but unfortunately, this unit has turned me away from Public Storage..

The management team at Public Storage on Hackberry Street in San Antonio is truly exceptional. Their customer service goes far beyond what you expect—responses are incredibly fast, and they consistently go above and beyond to help with logistics and ensure smooth, reliable access. They made what could have been a complicated situation feel easy, personable and stress-free. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough—if it were possible to give more than five stars, I absolutely would!
