Leaving a five star review only because the person who assisted me named Samantha had a great outlook in personality. She made sure that I got what I need and not just sold me whatever she could, and setting me up was easy!! She built a great report with me to decide what was best for my needs. Otherwise, the unit was clean and getting everything I needed to store my stuff fit perfectly! Highly recommend!

Run , don’t even look or stop by at this location. 2nd hand embarrassment of an establishment located in San Antonio downtown. The reviews are more less paid for. They are not worthy to even have a business there. The customer service non -existent. Does anybody work there? Got a storage room from online, no access code available on day one of move in. Called emergency number 7 times. Texted for a code 4 times. Called the office number of HQ no response. We had to get a random stranger (non employee) to open the door for us a day later. No one returned our calls for 22 days. We emailed , called again to get a code or any person. No answers. So my husband who was paying decided to skip a payment for 1 day and they called right AWAY. Wow! That was the only way we got contacted. Poor service , the company needs to shut down.

I initially accidentally secured a 5x5 because I was trying to do so many things at once, but when I actually checked it out again (online) I realized how tiny it was. I called initially and spoke with Samantha who said I can come in to see it and get help choosing a size! When I came Julie helped me! She spoke to me about prices, showed me a unit, and helped me find a unit that could fit everything I needed. Everything went so smoothly!! It was smooth and quick!
