My 1st time at this facility and unfamiliar with the whole process. Was met at the gate by the attendant on duty named Joe. The young man was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. He accessed my account, explained everything thoroughly and guided my every step. Super helpful.

Beware of the low introductory rates and positive reviews. They hook you in with an attractive low price to get you signed up and then the increases hit hard and fast. My rate nearly doubled within the first year and a half with no real justification or warning that it would jump so much. they don’t care about long-term customers once you’re locked in. If you’re looking for stable pricing, look elsewhere

This is a great place to store anything you may need space for. The guy at the front desk, Joe, was extremely helpful in finding me the right space. Even though it’s an end unit and it’s a little bit dark, it still works. Joe told me that towards the end of my first month that he could go ahead and switch me into another unit similar size with better lighting. I was very grateful for this.
