First, and hang in there, I truly liked this storage unit! Great overall, and wonderful customer service. I’m giving this place 2 stars because they made a mistake, were not clear in their terms, and it ended up costing me more than it should have. I asked for 1 month and that’s it. I thought my 1 month was up, until I called and found out I was supposed to sign a contract instead of a lease. This was not clear and I explicitly stated only 1 month. They said I still owe the money and like I told them, they need to be more clear about this and not charge me for their mistakes. Extremely upset with this company, while workers were nothing but angels! So make sure you know the difference between a contract and a lease and that they are giving you exactly what you want. This should have never happened.

I've had items in here since December 2020. I have to admit that due to some unique life happenings around covid times, I hadn't seen them since. Until yesterday, February 2026. These guys have kept everything safe and secure in their underground temperature controlled storage. The same key and access code got me right in. No signs of intrusion, environmental damage, bugs, or little furry creatures. Just my stuff as I left it there around 5 years ago. It is very convenient being able too move stuff around in an air conditioned environment rather than being in the hot sun. The lights are on a timer, so if you are in the locker for a while organizing things, you might need to get out and trip a motion sensor to get them back on. The parking garage can get a little busy during peak hours, so it is best to go earlier in the day on weekdays if you can plan it. This way you can breeze in to a spot and have ample access to the carts available for moving things between your vehicle and storage locker.

Highly recommend this facility! It feels like luxury compared to my last place! Upon first impression it’s visibly clean and upkept. Security is top notch, facility is temperate controlled. There are clean/secure bathrooms on site which is amazing! Plenty of parking and carts to use, along with very attentive and knowledgeable staff. I really appreciated all of Jose’s help!!! He called me before I came to the facility to brief me on logistics so I was prepared when I came in. The whole initiation process was a breeze. I’m so thankful to have found this place.
