I’m new to the Public Storage facility on 10437 County Line Rd in Spring Hill, FL, but my experience to date has been phenomenal. In particular, dealing with Savannah on the front desk has been wonderful. She’s professional, friendly, & efficient - a great ambassador for the Public Storage organization.

First let me say Savanna is amazing and this review has nothing to do with her(she gets 100 stars). Also this has nothing to do with the property as it is always clean. This 1 star is for the company itself. I started here when it was storage sense and they were amazing to work with. Public storage on the other hand is not. They are horrible. I'm glad that I was finally able to get my stuff out of storage. I will miss Savanna but may stop by just to say hi to her once in awhile.

Excellent place; clean, great temperature and lady at the front is so kind and so helpful. She is an A plus person! I recommend it here highly!
