So I just I'm sending this review to just thank the girls in the office Jenna and Mary or Mary and Jenna both amazing women who are always helpful sweet personality always have a smile on their face. And a very attentive to well they were attentive to me I don't know about everybody else but they were very attentive to me and I want to give them a big thumbs up and I would rent here and refer all my friends to this facility just based on their amazing professionalism John Vicente business owner and landowner

I had an outstanding experience at this location, all thanks to Jena Arledge. From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. Jena made the entire process of securing a storage unit seamless and stress-free. It’s clear she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in managing the facility. The property is well-maintained, but the top-tier customer service is what really sets this place apart. If you are looking for a storage solution in Spring Hill, I highly recommend speaking with Jena!

Got recommended to come here and let me tell you never had one issue! They were even awesome enough to let me know that the parking lot was being done which I thought was neat. The lovely lady I have dealt with from the beginning was helpful, knowledgeable, super kind and straight forward! That lovely lady was MARY J! Definitely would recommend someone to use Compass Self-Storage!
