She is very knowledgeable in her work; answering any questions or concerns i may have. She genuinely cares about her customers, always making sure customers needs are met; myself directly..Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication really stand out. Kathy would make an excellent manager at my storage property.. She is a true asset to any team.
