Taslima has been absolutely phenomenal and sooooo soooo helpful and supportive. I've been a long time customer and she has always helped me with my 100s of questions. She always says hi and asks if we need anything every time she sees us! She deserves more than 5 stars if I could give more! Thanks to her I've continued my business at this location for many years!

My rent went from $183/mo to $377/mo in less than a year. Same space. They will try to get you in the door and then slowly raise the rent to a ridiculous amount. Also there is never ever any staff onsite. Not during business hours, not after hours, not ever. Manager Paslima says she will only show up “as needed,” which apparently is never.

The staff at the Fair Oaks location have been very responsive and helpful in answering my questions. Teslima was very helpful in assisting me to complete the reservation process.
