Craig was very helpful going through the process with me. He went way above what I expected in helping me choose the right storage unit/location. Given I am somewhat of a Luddite he also took the time to go through the required codes including current use of the key/lock and opening/closing unit door. Outstanding professionalism from Craig. Jeremy has been so kind and helpful usually whst we have experienced with other companies is they seem to ne impatient and unking to older people. Jeremy has been so understanding and helpful. We have really h enjoyed our experience with public storage on the wood dale lane site. We would recommend to our friends for business there. Thankyou Jeremy for everything.

FYI TO ANYONE RENTING RIGHT NOW - My unit was broken into within the last few weeks. Military uniforms, documents, and other items were stolen. My girlfriend’s bra and underwear were ruffled through. The manager on duty didn’t really seem to concerned or sympathetic. I will update the rating based off how my experience goes. Update: Absolutely no update. I have been waiting for a call back from the unit and havent received anything. I had over $4000 worth of items stolen and there has been poor communication. If you rent here, make sure to check your unit.
