On December 22, 2025- I rented a unit from I storage on Wier dr- it was full of trash, tires and mice dropping. they said it it would cleaned up right away. I told them I needed it by January 1, 2026. They said it would be ready on January 1. So I drove over (Jan 1) to check it and no clean up had been done AT ALL!! It was full of trash, tires and mice dropping. See attached pictured. I talked to them on January 2 and they told me it would not be ready until January 6. That did not work for me so I cancelled my agreement and requested a refund. The property manager told me they would process the refund. The refund never came.

I have had a storage on this site for months. My storage was broken into. Someone cut my lock off and put another lock. Over thousands of dollars of my things are gone. They have cameras up in the back but don’t work just the ones in the front. The police has said they been to this site 3 times this month alone for the same thing. There’s no way someone stuff should be gone and there’s a person living on site and knows nothing. The cameras need to be looked at because something is not adding up. Waiting for the area manager to contact me.

Mixed Experience – Great for Short-Term, But Watch Out for Price Hikes I had a mixed experience with iStorage Woodbury. Pros: Exceptional call center service — they quickly resolved a billing issue when I was charged for a unit I never booked. Super easy online booking and access. I needed a unit the same day and was able to reserve and enter the unit within hours without any on-site help. Very convenient! Cons: Unexpected rent increases: After just one month, the price started going up. I'm now paying double what I thought was a locked-in sale rate, and I’ve only had the units for four months. Maintenance issue: One of my units had a leak that caused mold damage. I reported it, and while the call center passed the message to management, no one ever followed up. Bottom line: Good for short-term use (a month or less) if you need fast and easy access. But be prepared for rent increases and check your unit condition carefully if storing anything valuable.
