Sabrina was amazing. We set up our reservation quickly went through the process even faster. Everything went efficiently and now we’re all done. Sabrina is really a good employee.

I would not recommend this place to anyone ever since I started going to this place. It’s been nothing but bad news. I’ve been living in Vegas for six years and never runs into a scorpion until I started renting from this place every time I go into my unit I’m greeted by scorpions very Distasteful the lights in my unit never worked. The weatherstripping was falling down then when I confronted them about the issues that I had with the unit, they refused to fix anything. I kept complaining several times they finally offered me a different unit where we went to go to the different unit the unit had a mouse in it very disgusting and now they’re emailing me talking about. They’re gonna increase my rent. I would not recommend this place to anyone they need to get it together. I don’t usually like to leave bad reviews, but this is ridiculous.

Sabrina goes above and beyond for her customers — she’s professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re taken care of. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but honestly, it’s Sabrina’s excellent customer service that really makes this place stand out.
