Truly one of the worst places. Management needs to walk across the street and Visit Costco DC. Ask them how they’re able to unload trucks so fast. My Appointment was at 6:00am-dry load delivery. Checked in at 2:00, got a door at 10:00. It is noon now and I am still waiting for paperwork. What an embarrassment this DC is, wasting every truck drivers life because they can’t figure out how to run their place smoothly!

Horrible experience – no respect for drivers Appointment was 6 PM. It’s now 2 AM and I still don’t have my paperwork. Truck unloaded at 10 PM, lumper paid at 10 PM, and I’ve been waiting 4+ hours for paperwork because it’s “with accounting” and the person is “on break.” I had to reschedule a doctor’s appointment because of this delay. On top of that, drivers only get portable toilets. We’re treated like animals. I will never haul another load for Safeway again.

REEFER only delivery This is the address that came with this reefer delivery trip Albertsons 16900 W Schulte Rd Tracy CA This is the correct address (go here instead) 26480 Hansen Rd Tracy CA This will take you directly to the guard shack to check in for reefer delivery (see pics) To the right of the guard shack is the staging/overnight parking area. Park first then walk to the guard shack and check in, wait in your truck till they call you with a door. Once they call you Walk back to the guard and get paperwork. If you have two/three orders then you’ll dock two/three times. Go to door number break seal open doors and dock, then take paperwork to 1st shack and check in. Wait in your truck until they call you to come get your paperwork. “Take paperwork first to 2nd Shack then go dock” says the lady - but you can probably go dock then take the paperwork! 2nd shack will call you in once your paperwork is ready to pick up. Get paperwork and proceed to the Main Gate for final security checkout. Leave trailer door open. They do lumper. They have (2) porta johns in the docking area none at the staging area. Breakfast Van 🚐 showed up in the am. ***The wait in between dock doors might take 1 to 3 hrs. This varies depending on dock availability. Staff was professional. Checked in at 0400 Checked out at the Main Gate 0800.
