Salisbury Route 50 Self Storage

Been renting storage here for almost a year and a half; I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences here from the staff. Ms. Leslie is wonderful, and so is her daughter- Ms. Erica. Always a joy to see their faces any time I ever have to step into the office, or they’re always helpful and professional should I ever need to call. I always feel safe here, and feel like my belongings won’t be tampered with. I love that I have a code to come and go as I please even outside of business hours. I also love that sometimes I get to see some beautiful babies sometimes if Ms. Erica has her sons in the office. Brightens my day with their smiling lil faces. I will sadly be moving out soon, but will continue to recommend this place to anyone I know.

Stay away. Inconsistent billing, random charges in addition to rent. I haven't had any issue with staff until I checked out. Started renting 10/2023 moved everything out 7/2025-8/2025. I only received move out receipts for two units. Five calls three went to a call center two never answered. I live very close when I got there the office was locked a note on the door states there on the property. Golf cart sitting in front of the office two cars parked in front of the apartment. I can hear them in the apartment talking. So I wait in my car staff comes out parks the cart in a storage unit. I go in get my receipt. I asked for a corporate contact she said there wasn't one. How about the owner she first tells me she owns it. I askd her you are the owner she said no but couldn't give me his information. I am guessing she just doesn't come back from lunch.

The best storage facility I have ever worked with! We have been a customer seasonally for almost 10 years and year round for the past two, and they always go above and beyond to meet our needs. The units are in great shape and always cleaned prior to move-in. If they had locations in our other operational areas I would never use anyone else. Susan (their long time Manager) is one of the nicest people I have ever worked with and she will definitely take care of you, I promise!
