I was recently given some furniture (this past Saturday) and I needed a storage unit. I chose this place due to the promo, and the fact that I could rent, and access, the unit after hours. It could all be done online, if the office was closed. I went through the entire process 3 times. I'd get to the end and submit payment, then I would get a message saying the unit had been rented already. So I would have to start all over, and put all my information in again. After going through this twice, I told myself "One more try, and if it's doesn't work, I'm done. Well, the third time it went through. My husband signed everything he needed to sign, we got our gate code. Only after I secured a unit, did I go pick up the furniture. The bed of my truck was completely loaded. We get to Salisbury Storage Warehouse, and the gate code is denied....over and over again, at both gates. So I call customer service, and she gives me a temporary code. We had already left so I couldn't try it while I was on the phone with her, but she said it would definitely work. It didn't. So I call again, while I'm sitting there. The next customer service rep give me another temporary code, which doesn't work, so he gave me an access code for the app. I guess he thought maybe the pin pads were malfunctioning. Well neither gate code I was given worked on that either. By this time, we've been sitting there for over an hour, and I have to find somewhere to store this truck load of furniture. So I asked the guy to issue a refund, and I went to Uhaul. Didn't have a single problem there (also after office hours), even though it was a little pricier for a smaller unit. That big sign this place has out front, that says "Smart Units," is terribly inaccurate.

Trish was amazing! We were moving and had recently had some troubles but her big smile and sweet demeanor changed our entire day! The storage was perfect and so easy to access.

I’ve had my unit 6 years now and the staff is always great to work with. Recently, my unit was broken into. The team notified me and the police immediately and re-secured all of my belongings in another unit. Thank you!
