We needed to store some stuff unexpectedly and they had a unit just the right size available. The gentleman that assisted us was very cordial and informative. 👍👍

Although I do find this place to be a great place I wish they were more my flexible on the people who get paid every other week. Because I always used my 1st check to pay my reant I was late at paying my unit rent. So for always being late even though they charge a late fee they sent me notice that they no longer will rent to me. This makes me sad has i have been using their storage for years and just started having problems when covid came along. This is my only reason for leaving a 3 star and not a 5. And my only advice to anyone one coming here to make sure u pay on time cause to many late payments will have them discontinue the lease agreement.

Beyond pleased, needed a spot to store my travel trailer. Called them up and had a spot. The price was right, compared to some of the other storage companies around. Would recommend Saratoga self storage to anyone, and their mother.
