Responsive owner/mgmt, easy U-Haul rental (best part), but issues with locks being added and needing mgmt to come open even though account was current. Was almost denied entry even though I'm authorized per their own system set up, but my least favorite part was when I unpacked my stuff and it was covered in mouse droppings and smelled like urine. Had to wash everything and throw away stuff I didn't want to. $1232 dollars total for an 11 month rental is too much for that outcome.

T&T Storage is a great company to rent Storage space from. I've been a customer for years. Tom and his crew are always a phone call away and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this company.
