ZERO STARS. The woman in charge and a man that said he was the co-manager are the rudest employees of ANY company I've ever interacted with. They are offensive, disrespectful and combative among other things. HOURS posted on the door are not adhered too. When asked about the hours the male in charge stated "we lock the doors at 4:45 to clean and do other things, so don't show up thinking you are going to get in." Why lock the doors at 4:45 when the posted hours say 5:30? In addition to CLOSING EARLY they OPEN LATE. Closing early AND opening late; clearly there is NO ACCOUNTABILITY at this location. The hours on the door need corrected or management must be required to allow access during ALL listed hours and held accountable to doing so. "Management" needs training on professional, courteous behavior and basic common decency in treatment of others. Throughout the rental period we were screamed at to shut the door after entering the facility. Several times our hands were full of things. Fix the door Sebring Mini Storage, don't allow your employees to bully people because your door doesn't work correctly. One other note, employee's take the closest handicap parking spot everyday. Clearly the employees prioritize themselves over the patrons of the facility. The 2 employees were so combative and rude that we waited to post this review until we cleared out our property as we were fearful of retaliation. We are thankful our things are out of this place.

Best experience ever and most simple experience having a storage unit

The new management is great. Very pleasant and respectful. We have had our unit for over a year, my father had trouble getting the door open, he ask several times before but the old mentioned would get sarcastic and say they would fix it but never did. We went in recently and ask to get it fixed and the maintanence guy jumped in his truck and followed us over. It's now fixed and he was very nice.
