How wonderful the experience at Secure Storage has been. From contacting the manager via a phone call she just was super informative ...very friendly and very heartwarming when it came to trusting my "worldly treasures"within another person's haven. The property is in impeccable condition and Miss Manager was so great to meet . Upon arrival we were gleefully greeted and courtesly shown thru the pleasant property with such an enjoyable event that made us choose the Grand Prairie location as our storage safe haven . The manager was just frankly fantastic and we are so lucky to have gotten to be able to use the facility . Thank you so much ! As a corporation you are so fortune to have her !!!

I had moved from the hill country after the devastating floods earlier this year. Bridgett was very helpful and sympathetic toward my situation. She was very professional and even calling to check on my well being. I’ve used other strange facilities before, but to me the customer service and concern offered here makes this stand above and beyond. I know everything I’ve stored here is safe. I know there’s an open communication and transparency with Bridgett, the property manager. I know someone is there when I need them. I highly recommend this place.
