Greetings Ladies & Gentlemen! I'm here to acknowledge and express my appreciation for Oscar & Melissa. During the 8 years that I occupied my unit I developed a relationship with them both. There were multiple times that my unit was coming up for auction. They always made sure to give a call ahead of time and keep me updated along the way. I usually ended up just asking them what was the latest date I could pay and how much it was going to be. They always made sure to call me back on time and collect the payment. They were always courteous and maintained a high level of professionalism. They made sure to keep the property neat/clean at all times especially when it came to the dumpster area, I'm sure that there's a lot that goes into running a storage property that most don't see. Whatever it consists of I wouldn't want to have anyone else other than Oscar & Melissa in the front office. I want to personally say thank you for showing up for myself and others and all the hard work that you have put in over the 8 years. I really hope that the company that took over understands how valuable you are and treats you accordingly. I wish you both the best in any future endeavors that you may pursue. Oscar has been great in taking the time to give me the best options of the season. Since the times are getting cooler, he advised to get the non-climate units. An honest worker. Patiently, he took the time to answer my questions and show me around the units available. Much appreciated for the amount of things I have to move in.
