The day I went by your Redlands Blvd location, there was a floater, named Joseph, covering. I never would have known he didn't work there regularly! He was very knowledgeable of not only your products, but that location's ins and out. He offered good suggestions, as I tried to make a decision on what size unit I wanted, and he was very patient in answering all my questions. The next day I met the manager Tim, and he was just as profesdional, excellent and very much a delight! I feel like I'm gonna be in good hands there! 😄
