Go Store It Self Storage

It is a nice Property, clean, safe, good working equipment, and is easy to access, however, more than half of the time the access gate does not work, and there is no one onsite. When I took over keys of the unit earlier in 2025, my access code given to me by the GSI personnel did not work, and I had to spend about 2 hours speaking to an international call center, trying c. 10 different codes. The call center is actually the only helpful personnel I am absolutely happy with. Secondly, I have been here at varying hours of the day, and there is never a person in the front office. You can call the number listed, however, no one will pick up. Or alternatively, if you call their management line, it gets redirected to an international call center. Last, but not least, they are in the process of raising my rent a second time this year for a storage unit, when they're actively trying to offer move-in specials for the vacant units! In 6 months time I am going to be paying 2.5x my original contract amount (after move in promo), absolutely insane business practices. Be careful about renting a storage unit here, there are other national branches nearby, with lower rates, and actual personnel on site that will help you shall anything go wrong. As of my date of writing this, 10/10/2025, there was no one onsite, within peak business hours, no one picked up the phone (left a voicemail). On that note, there is only an AI virtual assistant to help you. I have never seen a person onsite, and my lease started in January of 2025. Reoccurring gate access issues, oh and when you finally get in, you can't get out because the codes won't work! Be wary about getting sucked in to the low rates, and promo prices, because they will raise your rent more than double, with 30 days notice.

David at GOstoreit was Amazing!! He’s so helpful and knowledgeable. David made the move in process very simple. Storage units are clean and very well kept. Prices are great as well. This place is awesome, we would definitely recommend!!

I have been here for a year now & most definitely love this facility. Staff is great, property clean & secure. Believe me I have had storages in the past, so not new to self storage. You’d be happy to store here. Definitely recommend. 👍
