Breanna was great! From a personnel standpoint, we had an excellent experience with the property manager! From an auction buyers standpoint we won’t be purchasing anymore units from these facilities because of the extra fees they charge on top of what we spent purchasing the locker. They don’t charge a refundable cleaning deposit, instead it’s an extra fee and you get taxed twice. Sadly the location made us very uncomfortable. There was a lot of homeless people either living in empty units or just congregating there, so we wouldn’t go back after dark and instead waited until Sunday to finish emptying our unit.

Breanna has the best customer service and she was very helpful. Seems like a great storage place we will see. I know Great customer service.

Was very easy to get the space online and actually got a great price for a 10x15 space. 1st month free was a plus
