Star McPhail the onsite manager was very helpful, pleasant, polite, and caring. She actually heard our story and was so compassionate about our situation. Accessing my storage unit and completing payments has been extremely easy with Star, who always makes herself available. Overall clean storage unit space. After promo deal prices can get up there. Staff member Nate,was welcoming and very helpful when we needed assistance. 4 stars is because I feel the price is a bit much if there is no promo deals
