needed some boxes so my wife went into the office to learn what I knew that they would not be cheap. what I didn't know was the lady in the office would give her a discount half price. So that was cool still had alot to do there before closing time and noticed the light didn't work inside the unit the same lady from the office came out in her cart to bring us some garbage bags onthe house. whe. she notices the light is put and proceeds to park her golf cart in front of our unit so we would have perfect light to finish our business there this was after she exhausted her resources tryingbto get the light working. she made a $10 sale that day of course we pay our rent but it's worth every dollar. I have never seen that kind of fcustomer service at a storage facility. when somebody makes that kind of effort to make sure you have a positive experience with them they deserve it more than credit they deserve money to be paid what they deserve. so I recommend you rent there and tip every now and then. I bet she doesn't even accept it but you should anyways.

Mike and Eileen gave me terrific customer service. They took time from their lunch to accommodate my needs and assured me I should not feel bad for interrupting them. They are very helpful and kind and I enjoy working with them. -Melissa Silvas
