This storage facility is the best! Not only did they help us out with a last minute camper storage emergency but the facility is clean and the staff is so kind/attentive/helpful. We had the pleasure of working with the facility manager, she is an absolute delight & was willing to risk danger walking over ice to show us to our covered storage space. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, the spaces I got, under the roof, are very difficult to get in and out of. If someone parks across from me, it's virtually impossible to get my 41 foot camper into and out of. I asked the person on duty if I could get on a waiting list for when one of the more easier to get in and out of spaces is available so I could change, she said they ⁹don't do waiting list. After reading other reviews, I can see now, once they get you, the kindness and accommodation disappears. I asked her what will happen if I can't get it out when my trip comes up. She said we'll try to reach the people affecting my situation, if they can't, it's basically my problem. Good thing I didn't close out my previous spot at the otherstoragelot, will be going back there once the snow is gone. Moral of this story, always read the reviews before paying, not after. Several days ago, I noticed the main gate was open, not closing on it own. This went on for two days, great security, I called them after two days of coming in and out, with gate always open, and reported to them, and asked for a call back with an explanation. Been a week, haven't heard a word yet, which I fully expected. Will be vacating ASAP. Outrageous prices. We have two units (unfortunately) after downsizing.Both units are supposed to be on direct withdrawal. Yet one doesn't come out. Went in to try to correct this last month. Yet again slammed with $85 in late fees. More than a car - for less than 30 days. The other unit has never been late but last two payments keep increasing. Nice facility but nothing grand. Bathrooms are literally using watered down soap, even. Yet these types of fees. Wow. Our household (like many) only gets paid once per month. My husband went by twice this morning to try to get print outs of our receipts. First time a note on the door be back @ 9:20, he went back at 9:50 and another sign back at 10:20. Then call and no answer. Again to pay this much money you'd expect a lot more. What a rip off.
