Self Storage Plus

I had an amazing experience utilizing the space at self Storage plus at Collington. My house was flooded and I needed storage immediately. I walked in the office, I was welcomed by a very friendly staff member at the desk. They give me all the options and allowed me to go see 2 different storage size before I pay to make sure it is enough space and convenient for me. All storage capacity is temperature regulated, Easy to drive through, they have plenty of carts available and locks to be purchased. Loved the convenience. I truly appreciate the service in our community. Thank you and will definitely recommend the space to friends and family. 🫶

Glad I didn’t go to the storage unit yesterday evening because when I went this morning around 11:30 no one was in the office even when leaving a little after noon and I had to figure out how to navigate myself to my unit. The entry gate was out of service and the exit gate remained open. You need an access code to enter into the building itself, so the units inside the building seem secure and the space is clean, although the restroom had an unpleasant odor.

This is the worst storage facility I have ever had the displeasure of storing my items with. The gates are always broken. After you have paid the fees for the unit or units rented, the staff will place a yellow lock on the unit not allowing access to your stored items. Access to the facility is not working. I have been denied access even when my rental have been paid. The office hours for someone to be able to help you in the evening are not offered. The staff is off more days during the week and only available on Saturdays. The communication with the customers is horrible. If your lock is removed from your unit, I think this should be shared with the customer.
