Fort Knox Self Storage

I had a really good experience at this storage facility. The representative answered all of my questions and showed me the unit that I am interested in renting. She was very professional and pleasant. Thank you very much!

I come to this facility on several occasions weekly and David, in the office is very helpful and has always been there to answer my questions and even helped me choose the right storage unit and even directed me in the right direction when I had water damage to my property inside of my storage unit. I do have a concern when it comes to the corporate office because David operates the office, I see him cleaning out storage units, cleaning the outside restroom, I see him showing people the different storage units at this large facility as well as handling the U-Haul rentals. I don’t understand how he is able to get all of his stuff done and still able to handle phone calls and returning phone calls in a timely fashion when he has so much responsibility when he is the only one working there. Myself as a business owner, I do not understand why they would have so much responsibility put on one person at this size of a facility especially when it comes to having to do paperwork and answering the phone.

Nancy the Manager/Owner is wonderful. Very Professional great customer and good energy. She took time to go over all the details in renting my unit. The facility was clean and the office smells good. She even assisted me with renting a truck . Great establishment.
