Small Town Storage

When I first drove up to Small Town Storage I smiled. It’s clean , very clean. The storage unit is immaculate, the entire place is immaculate. Even better, the property manager Kari is so warm and inviting. She’s personable very likable efficient and she cares about making sure you get the perfect storage unit. I had been to 6 storage places before Small Town Storage. I was feeling like I had to sign up with one that didn’t meet all of my needs etc., and then I drove up to Small Town Storage. I walked in and met Kari so sweet kind and very helpful. The PRICES are sooooo good affordable and the lowest of any storage unit in Lancaster. If you’re in need of a storage unit go to Small Town Storage and meet Kari.

Hello, Kari was very helpful, knowledgeable and had great customer service from the beginning. The day of setting everything up Kari and another young lady (forgot her name) so sorry, was just as helpful as she entered all my information. On the day of move in Kart was still just as pleasant as shew as the first day. With this type of customer service they definitely deserve recognition.

I have used small town storage before. We stored a travel trailer there. Love it there. Never had any issues. Now we are back to rent a storage unit. Carrie is the on site manager and welcomed us back and got us all set up and made sure we had everything that we needed to get in are unit.
