What a fantastic person Sarai is!!! She took a frustrating situation at another facility and turned it into the smoothest, most kind transaction for my friend. She was thoughtful, helpful, and just such a sweet person overall. She made the transition effortless. And when she didn’t know the answer, she wasn’t afraid to escalate it to someone higher; this shows great character. No one likes a know-it-all. 😊 My friend is now situated in her storage space. Thank you so much for helping my bestie!!

Christina was incredibly helpful with getting us in! She was very informative and told us everything we needed to know. We showed up last minute and needed a storage unit ASAP, she got us in and helped us with time to spare to get into our new unit. Not to mention her incredibly kind nature, I’d recommend anyone come and do business here and speak to Christina the (property manager).

Just switched to budget storage and worked with Christina the property manager. She has excellent customer service and is very helpful. She is very enthusiastic, great energy, and gave very detailed instructions and helped get me a great deal on my unit. Definitely recommend their services 🙌🏽!
