I was a loyal customer for many years. I had them set on auto-pay with my bank for $89/mo and when they decided to raise rates by $3. They called the day my payment was due and told me I was $3 past due and would be subject to $15 late fee that they would auction all my stuff off. Not a good way to treat a loyal customer over $3.

Well I have never had a problem with them and found them helpful and polite. And you should never leave a review if you had no dealings with them and did so based on other reviews. Bottom line: I have nothing but nice things to say been there 4 months and plan on referring friends.

I had rent a cargo van in here and they charge me extra for the gas without any notice. A friendly staff from Uhaul customer service help me check the record and giving me the refund fortunately. Would you choose a company treating you with dishonest behavior? Good Luck!
