The store was packed when I walked in, but the entire team stayed calm, collected, and laser-focused on helping everyone with a great attitude. Ashley helped me grab the right boxes for my Amazon returns, and even with the rush, I was in and out in under five minutes which was seriously impressive. What stood out most was how organized everything was. No one was just standing around; every worker was actively assisting customers, assessing what each person needed, and directing us efficiently. The energy in the store was fast paced but smooth, and you could tell everyone knew exactly what they were doing. Overall, my experience was fantastic, quick, organized, and handled by a team that genuinely cares about keeping things running seamlessly. Huge shoutout to Ashley and the rest of the crew for making a hectic day feel effortless!

Aggravating! I asked for a shipping envelope and was told I would have to purchase one, since the prepaid label didn't qualify for a UPS envelope. I brought in my own UPS envelope and was refused again. Both workers pretty rude. He was yelling at me as I left the store for "not following the rules." Tripping hazards everywhere. Packages all over the floor from the door to the desk. I wanted to call the owner to share my experience, but they refused to give me the name and number, so here it is. Now I have to drive to another UPS store to try to make the last pickup. Thanks! Follow up, just as I told the clerk, I took the same envelope and label to another UPS store where they accepted it, no problem, and handed me a receipt, like all the UPS stores have for the past 17 years.

I haven’t had any good experiences coming to this UPS store every time I had to mail something. On October 28th, 2020 at around 12:50pm, I dropped off a package to be mailed. When asked “How can I help you”, I responded that I wanted to mail a package. However, the worker “jokingly” said I am unable to mail my package... After scanning my box, he tossed my package into a bin. Are all packages handled this way??? Why basketball toss packages into the bin? In the past, I also had packages delivered later than expected and when checking tracking the number, it sat at the location for multiple days before in transit. I would recommend going to FedEx since I never had any issues with FedEx and the staff are nicer and take care of your needs and packages. Also, it cost $1 to tape packages.
