Stor-It Self Storage

Dalton is awesome! He’s been helping me for years…always accommodating, courteous, efficient! He is a great asset for Stor-it Self Storage. Has been since 2019 when I first met him at a different Stor-it facility. The overall experience working with Stor-it is made easier and more pleasant with people like him.

Very friendly and helpful person (owner?) Working the desk. He got me signed up fast and explained everything to me. Easy process and I'm very satisfied with my storage unit. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of some storage space.

This has been an absolute nightmare. Nearly everything I owned was in containers. There was mouse poop covering everything. (And not one single bit of food on anything. I wish I could post pictures. They also like Styrofoam and tore and scattered it. My precious things were stored for a good five years but there was no sign of anyone ever adding mice or rat repellent. They finally added some last year after I asked, but it was really too late. Stor-It was just sure to take my money. And offer no responsibility for their units. If I or one of my helpers gets sick from the mice excrement, I'll be sure my lawyer gets involved. And please don't offer "it's been one of the worst years for mice" excuse. I have a storage unit in northern California, and there's never been a single sign of mice in over 2 years. I'll be happy to give you their number. I hope no one else has to ever go through what I've been through cleaning out my unit. Oh and the ruined things left there...all yours.
