I have been with Idaho Self Storage for many many years! I have nothing but excellent customer service exceptional cleanliness if the property! Prompt returned calls and always very kind and truthful answers to questions etc! I give my highest recommendation for this amazing storage facility and staff!

Im not sure if her name but when I got my unit I wasn’t sure if i wanted one here or not but the positive vibe and great energy of the lady behind the counter made it clear I’d like having a storage unit here, she was super helpful and explained everything great and made it feel like I was chatting with a friend rather than buying a storage unit, 10/10 recommend this place on friendliness alone. The unit was great to door works like a dream and getting stuff into it was very easy. Again 10/10 on customer service.

I've been storing here for a year and I feel entirely comfortable any time I need to communicate with the staff here, whether it's over the phone or in person. When my credit card expired and needed updating they were very understanding about updating the card and even discussed their flexible payments. Thank you for helping us store our items safely!
