Great storage facility — highly recommend! We currently store our trailer and equipment here at Stor-It Self Storage, and it’s been a great experience. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, which is exactly what we need as a local service company. The staff has always been professional and helpful, and the property is well maintained. We had a minor hiccup when we checked in to start loading up our space, but the manager was right there and got us sorted quickly. The space is great too! The ceiling was taller than i expected, which is awesome. Great value, easy to get in the space and around the buildings, good about security. highly recommended!

After 16 years of renting, this happens. I found a hole in the concrete floor of my unit. Reported it on Saturday to one employee and again on Sunday to another employee, both times in the office. Wrote an email to an address given to me in the office Sunday. No response. Called and the call rolled over to another location, and that employee gave me a different email address. I emailed again to the newer address (with a picture) and no response. Really difficult to understand the lack of action.
