Amber at the Storage Rentals of America an 214 Harvestore Dr. in DeKalb, IL was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to help my mother when her storage door wasn't opening and took the time to make sure the issue was resolved quickly and stress-free. Amber was also incredibly patient and thorough in answering all of my mother's questions about billing, making sure everything was clear and understood. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out. It's rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely caring toward customers. Because of Amber, our experience with Storage Rentals of America was extremely positive, and we are very grateful for her excellent service.

I want to commend Kayleigh and Amber for their great service and support at the Harvestore Drive location. Their enthusiasm and focus on customer care convinced me that my account was always in capable hands. I recently visited the office to inform them that I had successfully emptied both my units. They were not only already aware but had proactively removed the lockers from active status and terminated the billing cycle. They were both welcoming and courteous. The Harvestore Drive facility, and the others managed by Kayleigh and Amber, are in capable hands. I payed for a 10×10. Once I got there and measured its 8×10....I moved in anyways because I am busy as I possibly could be but still needed storage for the moment. I'm too busy to move with work schedule but I look forward to moving elsewhere because of false advertising. I mean lying and scaming... They say 50% off first three months and needed all three months up front. That's how they get you. Steer clear. If you know anything about math and geometry a 10×10 is square. A box with equal sides. This small rectangle barely fits my stuff and I had to stack everything on top of each other. If it was a true 10×10 I would have had plenty of space. Sad. They could have had my business for years to come. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to read a tape measure. You'd think for such a big franchise they would be honest at least.
