Overpriced for the size of units. Late fees are astronomical. Customer service is mediocre at best. Many empty units at Sycamore location since Minify took over, and for good reason. Not a company worth patronizing. Cannot wait to find another unit with another, more reasonable company who isn't trying to screw you over to meet their bottom line. There are plenty of cheaper units available from others. Stay away from this one!!!

They are not answering their phone. They charged me for the month of March, even though I had already paid for it. Despite calling them 20 times, they did not pick up. I am frustrated with this situation. They should do their job correctly. I have already paid for this month, yet they added a new charge and will add a late fee. I have already paid for storage, and I feel like no one is on the line to help me. They even sent me a voice message saying that I didn't answer the phone, but I was already on the phone with their company. It's frustrating that they leave a voice mail when I'm waiting to talk to them. They put a false charge on me when I had already paid for this month, and then added a late fee of $20 as if I didn't pay on time. It's ridiculous.
