On two separate occasions I have purchased units that were auctioned off online and on both occasions the units had been cherry-picked. I drove over two hours each way and rented uhauls both times just to be let down. When I asked for the DM’s information, the guy refused to give it to me. This place doesn’t have cameras and obviously an employee with a problem. I sure would love the DM’s information if anyone has it!

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT - Tawnia was incredibly helpful, definitely the right person to turn this place around. The premises are clean and tidy, gravel has been recently redone, secure property, easy access, great option for climate controlled indoor units.

Omika was absolutely AMAZING!!! She went over and above to resolve matters caused by other representatives that were not as attentive to details as she was. She is the only reason I didn’t file a formal complaint - she recognized the problem and she didn’t stop until she fixed it. Omika is the epitome of customer service.
