I especially want to highlight Divine, who went above and beyond at every step. The entire process of moving in and out of my dorm felt very personal. They shattered my $400 TV and reimbursed me $24 for it. The TV was carefully wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap and towels. It would literally take effort to destroy it as much as they did. I geniunely don't understand. Not to mention the TV was Boxed in print labeled "FRAGILE" and "HANDLE WITH CARE." The customer service is awful, too. They don't care about your belongings. If you want the things you are storing to remain in tact, I advise you find a different company.

Remarkable customer service. I really like how easy it is to email with the employees about any concerns. Jan made quick work of a mistake with one of my shipped boxes and quickly corrected it. To her and her team they did a phenomenal job with making sure orders were marked correctly as filed.
