Crystal at US Storage Center was absolutely amazing to work with! She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best unit for my needs. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, but Crystal truly stands out. I highly recommend asking for her if you’re looking for a storage unit, she’ll take great care of you!

While I don't have a unit here, I have to leave a comment about the customer service I experienced during a weird package delivery situation. I received a packaged delivery notification with images of this facility in the background - I've never been to this facilty, I live across town, I have no idea how or why my package was delivered here. I called the office, spoke with Angel and explained the situation. She was so kind on the phone! She went and looked around the facility and indeed found my package 😵‍💫🙌🏼 She then gave me excellent step-by-step directions for how to get to the facility from where I lived and met me in the parking lot with my mis-delivered package and a huge smile - I felt like her top priority in that moment. I am so relieved and SO grateful she was there and so willing to help me, above and beyond her normal work duties. Thank you Angel!!

Wonderful customer service, moving is always a tedious task but the property manager had us in and out of the office and was very accommodating as well. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a storage
