I am VERY pleased with everything here at Storage Star! The staff (Ericka and Monique) have been so helpful, friendly,.flexible and easy to deal with!! The facility is super clean and prices are very reasonable. When moving, we all need a little flexibility in our dealings because things rarely go as planned and Storage Star made my life a lot easier by being so flexible and easy to work with. So this is my first storage unit and let me tell you that Erica has the best costumer service I have ever seen, the walked me through all the steps and showed me my unit. I just love this place Thank you Erica 🫶🏻
