Woah i am so sorry my post was for small town storage I clicked on small town storage in lancaster page for a review and now that I am seeing this reply I see its from another storage facility. My thought as a clicked on review on small town was that the negative star was for that storage facility. I am beyond disappointed—this has been an absolute nightmare. I’ve been renting a storage unit here for almost 18 months, paying $200 every single month. That’s thousands of dollars spent trusting this place to keep my belongings safe. When I finally came to retrieve my furniture and appliances, I was horrified. Rodents destroyed nearly everything. Rat feces and urine covered my property. The smell alone was unbearable. My daughter’s bedroom set, my own bedroom furniture, almost-new appliances (barely six months old), clothing—everything is ruined. This wasn’t minor damage. This was total loss. I had no choice but to take everything home and dump it in my garage, only to now pay out of pocket to have it hauled off to the dump. Watching years of purchases turn into trash is heartbreaking. I honestly wanted to cry standing there. Between the monthly payments—nearly $20,000 wasted—and the cost of replacing furniture and appliances, the financial loss is devastating. I’ve also been paying for their insurance, but at this point I have zero confidence it will cover anything meaningful, if it covers anything at all. This facility completely failed to protect my belongings. If you value your property, do not store it here. I trusted this place, and that trust cost me dearly.

Been storing my items here for four years. I’ve never had any issues with this facility. Everyone here is always welcoming, friendly and always clean!!! Anytime I’ve had trouble needing a new lock Maribel is always there to help and I’ve lost my keys several time 😅 lol. I’ve always recommended friends and family members here at Storelocal when needing a storage!

Great prices, great customer service and the property was clean.Great place to rent and secure. Maribel was very respectful, very professional and super kind. 10/10 would definitely recommend you to have Maribel help you look for what you need!
