Heather was exceptionally helpful and guided me through process with ease. Heather is beyond reproach. Her attitude and skill at her occupation are unmatched. She is a sweet approachable human that anyone would be proud to call a friend.

I had a hard time understanding why the special rate didn’t apply if you sign up the 1st of the month.Also the contract doesn’t reflect the special rate it shows the full rate. I also found that it looks like the admin fee is every month making it way more expensive. There was a very nice lady, Dezirrey who tried to help me on Saturday but I signed up on Sunday when no one was available, they run the payment before you get to see the contract, so you’re stuck with whatever it says.

I had a very good experience with my sales agent. She provided me a quote the was reasonable and was very friendly and professional. She explained all aspects of my RV rental space and gave me the feeling that my property will be secure. I had considered other storage options and facilities but when all is said and done, I am sure I made the best choice!
