Was able to help me redo my reservation after the assistance center canceled my reservation. Great customer service and a big help!

While the location seemed nice and was conveniently close to me; the customer needs improvement. I scheduled a uhual online and while that process was easy via the uhual portal the customer care at this location lacks. I called to motility my reservation times and add a dolly and the person that took my call was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to call. I also understood that the location office was closed on my pick up day & although the employee reminded me of this he provided no information on how the pick up process would go. Upon arrival I proceeded with having to call uhual for the steps. Then the truck I was supposed to get had a jammed lock so I couldn’t get my key. The uhual rep had to change my truck which resulted in me not getting a dolly. This process delayed me one hour for an emergency move. Don’t recommend this service from this location as a result.

Gabriel was amazing! Rented several Uhual trucks here He’s always amazing and helpful I’d recommend to anyone needing any U-Haul or storage units!
