I’ve been a customer at this storage facility for almost 7 years, and it’s been a reliable and secure place to store my things. The staff is friendly, and I’ve appreciated supporting a local business. That said, I’m really disappointed in their pricing policy. Over time, the rates are steadily increased for no clear reason (effectively penalizing long-term renters). Recently, I needed to rent an additional unit, but was shocked to find they charge an penalty fee over the advertised rate for existing customers. It feels arbitrary and unfair, especially after years of loyalty. I would have loved to continue storing here, but instead I moved to a different facility that values long-term clients. I would only recommend this facility for short-term rentals. UPDATE: I'm further disappointed the owners responded inaccurately: Specifically, my rate has not "remained the same" throughout my stay. My previous unit went from $111/month to $249/month (a 124% increase) over a two year period, and my current unit went from $159/month to $199/month (a 25% increase) after just two months. It's simply absurd to claim this is due to "the ever increasing costs of doing business" considering the same unit is advertised at $85/month right now. It feels like greed. And making existing customers pay a penalty if they want to rent *more* units? That's just idiotic policy. Why any business would incentivize their customers to leave is beyond me. They made it clear they do not value long-term customers and so I moved.

I've had a 5x10 here for almost 2 years, and it's been a great experience. My price has never gone up, the office has always been helpful, and everything has been in good working order every time I stop by. Highly recommend!

They advertise low prices. After a few months they start raising your monthly rent. I'm now paying almost double my initial rent and I've had my unit for one year.
