I have been a client with Tracy Self Storage @ Valpico Tracy location for over 8 years, picking up Penske Trucks and renting several storage units. Bonnie has been extremely helpful every time I'm there to pick up a truck or have any questions about my storage units. She makes the entire process very convenient and responds to all my questions very patiently. I will recommend this place to my friends and clients. Keep doing the great work Bonnie, Appreciate you!

Everyone here has awesome customer service that welcomes with a smile 😃 each time I have needed a storage they accommodate me with great price and location of unit Also they let me know of specials that were available at the times I needed storage. I’ve been a customer since 2024 then came back 2025 and niw even in 2026 and every time I’m very pleased with the staff who are knowledgeable and patient and friendly. I’ll miss not having or needing a storage but when I do; Tracy self storage is where I’ll go first. I also recommend this place Thank you 😊
