I wish they were more vocal about what services they offer. Not all truck rental establishments offer a month of free storage. This Company treats their clients well. Offers best deals possible to save you money. The whole transaction went flawless. And if you have moving/storage needs Uhaul is the place to make those arrangements! They would absolutely get my 5 star review. Thanks Uhaul!

Do not rent from this location. Their technicians don't know how to properly attach a trailer and don't know how to check that the hitch is secure. I rented a trailer from them which came detached on my way to Naperville and slammed into my tailgate, damaging my tailgate. The tech who connected the trailer told me, "bring the trailer back. We'll file a claim and get you paid." Upon my return, he admitted that the clasp on the tongue looked like it wasn't properly closing when I came back. He apologized for the incident and refunded my reservation. I followed up with their claims department who denied my claim. Because I didn't record their tech admitting fault, it's now my word against U-haul's. They've officially lost a year-long repeat commercial customer because of this.
