Chas at CubeSmart Self Storage was excellent to work with. He helped me set up my account, walked me through the storage unit, and answered all my questions. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Highly recommend!

So far have had a really good experience here. I easily found and booked the unit I wanted online. All the details were emailed and we were able to get into our unit the next day. I like that they have the car bays you can use to unpack or pack up your items from or to your car. The facility is brand new and very clean. The unit itself was also perfectly clean. Overall, I am very happy with the cost of the unit and the facility itself.

Chas was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and cheerful from the moment he opened the door for us. He explained the company’s policies and rates. Then he took us to see the unit explaining parking, the elevator, opening the unit (explaining the lock and how it works) Chas walked us back to the door answering more questions. It was truly a pleasant and informative experience, which I hope will continue. Thank you
