U-Haul Moving & Storage of Malden Center

I went to rent a truck at this location, but the attendant did not seem willing to help. The parking lot had several trucks available, yet he informed me that there were none. I asked if there was any availability in the neighboring city of Malden, and he said no and suggested that I rent one at The Home Depot instead. I left and went to Malden anyway, and at that same moment I was able to make a reservation and pick up a truck immediately without any issues. In other words, the service at this location was unwilling to assist, which forced me to go to another city unnecessarily to get a truck.

As a small business owner that utilizes U-Haul for my day to day operations; Efficiency & customer service mean the most to me. Alanna & Amanda are always very respectful and accommodating to my needs! The great energy these ladies bring to the table is always a highlight to my day. (A+ U-haul location & staff!)
